Our Rejuvenate Membership allows you a cost-effective option to stay consistent with your IV and Aesthetic services.Â
It is nearly impossible to consume the vitamins and minerals required for optimal health. Even the healthiest of foods no longer provide the rich nutrients they once did. And not only that, but our bodies are not always primed to absorb the nutrients at the highest levels. IV therapies provide safe, direct absorption of what our bodies need.
Medical aesthetics go beyond beautiful spa services to treat skin concerns and conditions for rapid and results-driven improvements. Some aesthetic services are also included in the Rejuvenate Membership.
The Rejuvenate Membership is designed to keep you feeling good, inside and out.
We have two different types of memberships. The other type of membership is our provider access memberships, which provide you with access to our medical team for specialized care, either with a broad spectrum of service options or specifically for the peptide/bioidentical hormone program.Â
No, unused membership benefits do not roll over. Our membership program helps you stay consistent with your wellness journey. We encourage our clients to stay consistent with their treatments.Â
Members sign a membership agreement. That contract explains cancellation terms.
Rejuvenate IV membership: The first payment is due the day you sign up and charged every 30 days thereafter.
Bioidentical Hormone & Peptide membership: The first payment is due after the initial consultation if you choose to continue. The cost is based on the type of payment, either $11 per month or $125 per year.
Total Functional Health & Wellness membership: The first payment is charged automatically three months after the initial consultation. The cost is based on the type of payment, either $30 per month or $325 per year.
All memberships require a 12-month commitment and self-renew for your convenience.
