In order to ensure private and efficient communication, Down to Earth Wellness Center is streamlining the prescription refill process. Rather than calling the office when you need a refill, you will call our medical team number at (866) 219-3112 or enter your request in the client portal.
Please allow 3-5 business days for our medical team to process your request.
Itâs important to note that we are not able to take refill requests from pharmacies. Some clients have experienced frustration when a local pharmacy will say theyâve reached out to us, but we do not have a way to receive those requests, so the refill isnât filled. Pharmacies sometimes offer to send automatic requests to our office, but our system does not receive that communication.Â
To ensure your timely refills and seamless care, please use the client portal or call our medical team number at (866) 219-3112 to request a refill 3-5 business days before you need it.
