The Total Functional Health & Wellness membership is a program that connects clients with a nurse practitioner for ongoing functional health services individualized for each client’s needs with the broadest range of services available. The membership costs $30 per month or $325 for a year. Clients can choose to opt into the membership program at their next office visit or by calling the office.
For new clients, the first three months as a wellness client are complimentary, so that will mean that clients will be charged for the first time on October 1. Clients can choose to be billed monthly or pay up front for a year for a savings of $35.
Effective October 1, 2023, current wellness clients of Sarah Godsave, NP must also be part of the Total Functional Health & Wellness program. Clients can choose to opt into the membership program at their next office visit or by calling the office.
There are many benefits for clients. With a membership, clients receive priority scheduling. They have access to send messages not only to our general staff but also to a specific provider. Clients receive functional lab pay discounts and can have labs drawn at the wellness center. They have access to a new, exclusive, client education portal. We are particularly excited about the education portal because it will allow Sarah to provide clients with excellent resources designed to help them understand specific health topics that may be important to a wellness journey. And, most important, clients in the wellness program have access to Sarah Godsave, NP.
The membership program allows Down to Earth Wellness Center to limit the number of memberships in order to ensure that the medical team can spend time with clients and monitor their care without becoming overbooked. Being able to manage our growth is critical to maintain the kind of client care that is our mission.
Clients who opt out of the wellness program are still able to come to DTE for most services, such as IV therapies, aesthetics, vitamin injections. There is a membership specific for clients receiving bioidentical hormone and peptides. That membership includes provider access for monitoring lab results related to bioidentical hormone and peptide therapies. The Peptide & Bioidentical Hormone Access Membership is $11 per month or $125 for a year and is required for clients who receive those therapies.
Without a membership, clients will no longer have access to appointments with Sarah or our nurses, and they will not have access to the membership portal for messaging or education.
Requiring that all wellness clients purchase the Total Functional Health & Wellness Access Membership is a change, and change is often difficult. However, it is necessary to be sure that DTE can manage its growth and give wellness clients the time, care, and resources they need to have a true health reset.
What if I choose not to sign up but want to come back in the future?
You will be a new client at that time because Sarah will need to do a thorough recheck when you return. Keep in mind that membership numbers are limited.
Why should I sign up now?
Because membership numbers are limited, it is a good idea to hold your spot as soon as possible.
I would like to sign up but I was told there are no more memberships available. What do I do?
In truly functional health, membership numbers are capped to ensure that our providers have enough time to work with clients individually. If membership enrollment reaches the cap, then we will have a wait list. DTE also hopes to add an additional nurse practitioner, which will open up additional memberships.
I would like to try Down to Earth. I’ve heard about your products and services. But I’m not ready to invest in the full year of a membership.
The first three months of the membership is included when you begin as a new wellness client. That means for an initial investment, you can meet with Sarah Godsave, NP; get lab work; and meet with her for a plan of care appointment. If you decide to use her advice and try services a la carte, you can. If you decide you would like to work with her over a period of time to tailor exactly what services work for you and tweak the plan as you go, you can join the membership at that time.
Will I need the Total Functional Health & Wellness Membership forever?
No! Sarah can work with you for as long as you’re comfortable. You can continue to stay in the membership and just meet with her twice a year if you choose. You can also opt out of the membership if you have met your health goals and can continue your wellness journey on your own.
If memberships are becoming mandatory, do I have to join the Rejuvenate IV membership for IV therapies?
No! That membership will continue as it is. We are only adjusting the terms of the memberships that provide access to our nurse practitioner.
