Our medical team uses optimal levels for reading lab work, using research-based measurements as opposed to lab-provided data based on patient averages, which have declined as our culture becomes generally less healthy. With our sophisticated and more accurate metrics, root causes for health issues often become more clear.
We are proud to partner with HealthLab as our third-party in-house laboratory, conveniently located within the Down to Earth Wellness Center building. This partnership allows us to offer our clients easily accessible lab services. Clients enrolled in our Provider Access Fee program can utilize their insurance with no co-pay, making routine lab work hassle-free. For those undergoing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, and Weight Loss programs, a $25 co-pay applies. We also provide cash pay discounts for clients without insurance or with high deductibles, a highly recommended option for those uncertain about insurance coverage. While we cannot provide specific information regarding lab coverage due to HealthLab being a third-party entity, we encourage clients to contact their insurance providers to confirm coverage before getting labs drawn. We can assist by providing CPT codes upon request to help determine insurance coverage.
At Down to Earth Wellness Center, we also partner with Vibrant Laboratories, a leading science and technology company known for its clinically relevant and accurate lab tests. Vibrant Labs is CLIA and CAP accredited, offering a range of popular tests, including the Wheat Zoomer, Gut Zoomer, Total Tox bundle, and Tickborne Diseases testing. During your visit, our providers may recommend functional tests to gain deeper insights into your health. Additionally, clients can purchase testing kits directly from shop.dtewellnesscenter.com for at-home use and take the results to their own providers. While Vibrant Laboratories testing is not covered by insurance and is available on a cash-pay basis, clients who are part of our Rejuvenate Membership or Total Wellness Provider Access Fee program can use their membership discounts toward these tests.

We offer a wide array of lab tests through HealthLab at Northwestern Hospital and Vibrant Laboratories. HealthLab handles more standardized tests primarily using blood samples, while Vibrant Laboratories provides specialty tests, such as gut health, Lyme disease, and food sensitivities. Tests can be conducted in our facility, or you can use at-home kits available through our online shop.
Clients enrolled in our Provider Access Fee plan can utilize their insurance without a co-pay.
