CaNCELLATION Policy

In order to ensure smooth operations and availability for everyone, we require that all cancellations be made in advance. Tuesday appointments must be canceled by Friday; Friday appointments must be canceled by Tuesday. Failure to cancel within this window will result in a cancellation fee. The fee is $100 or the cost of your service, whichever is less.

Please note that we do accept walk-ins for infusions and injections on Tuesday and Friday based on availability; however, we strongly encourage making an appointment to ensure you receive the service you need. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
