At Down to Earth Wellness Center, your health is our priority. We take pride in providing you with the highest-quality products for your treatment plan. For this reason, the products on your plan may come from a variety of suppliers or locations. The information included below is your guide through the process of accessing your products:
SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements can be acquired one of two ways:
1. Down to Earth Wellness Center - we offer many of your provider’s most-recommended supplements in our office for your convenience. Supplements can be purchased in-store or through our website at https://shop.dtewellnesscenter.com/ (select the “Supplements” tab).
2. FullScript - for supplements that are not available in our store, your provider will assign a recommended supplement to you on FullScript. You will receive an initial email link from FullScript to set up your account. You will then be able to access your provider’s recommendation or search physician-grade supplements for purchase.
COMPOUNDED MEDICATIONS
Compounded medications will be sent to their appropriate pharmacy. Our provider chooses the best pharmacy based on quality and lowest cost of each prescription. Our pharmacy options are:
1. Custom Med Apothecary - any compounded thyroid medication will be called in here. You must call the pharmacy at (317) 803-3436 to provide billing and shipping information in order for your prescription to be filled.
2. Designer Drugs - any compounded hormone cream will be called in here. You must call the pharmacy at (423) 954-2585 to provide billing and shipping information in order for your prescription to be filled.
3. Pure Pharmacy - LDN (low-dose naltrexone) and compounded Progesterone (110mg) will be sent here. You will pay our office directly, and the medication will be shipped to your home directly from the pharmacy.
PEPTIDES
All peptides are ordered by our office to Pure Pharmacy. You will pay our office directly, and the medication will be shipped to your home from the pharmacy. You can request a refill of your peptide by:
1. Requesting through our website at https://shop.dtewellnesscenter.com/ and selecting the “Wellness Clients Only” tab (preferred).
2. Contacting our office directly via phone (317) 978-0280 or via portal message to request a refill.
PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
Prescription drugs will be called into your preferred pharmacy and should be covered by insurance. Please make sure we have the correct pharmacy on file. Examples of prescription medications include: Progesterone (100mg or 200mg), Singulair (montelukast), Cromolyn, thyroid medications, antibiotics, stimulants, etc.
